Yvonne
Hundshamer is the founder of Blue Grotto Inc., a Minnesota
business
that works with organizations to document culture and values, celebrate
milestones and articulate vision. As a corporate history and
culture
consultant, she has directed both the research and project management
on client projects including: 3M, Despatch Industries, Medtronic and
National Car Rental. Before becoming a self-proclaimed
‘corporate anthropologist,’ she spent six years in
the communications office of Minnesota Governor Arne Carlson.
Yvonne
serves on the board of directors of Hands On Twin Cities, and
co-chaired the 2006 Public Policy Forum on the Impact of
Volunteerism
in Minnesota Communities at the Humphrey Institute. She is
also a
long-time member of The Junior League of Saint Paul.

RACHEL
FINE, CREATIVE DIRECTOR |

Rachel
Fine has more than 20 years of experience in the field of graphic
design. Her expertise in innovation has led her to Singapore, where she
has worked as a consultant to the Department of Defense.
Her
design work
focuses on organizational history books. Her design of The
Lifetouch Family Album, and Haven in the Heart of
the City: A History of Lakewood Cemetery, as well as Expecting
Good Things of All, the 100-year history of the Blake
Schools, earned industry awards.
Rachel
has taught
design and creative/innovative process at the College of Visual Arts
and the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She holds an M.A. in
Human Development from St. Mary's University.

Steve
Shapiro is a communications professional, an award-winning public
relations practitioner, strategic business consultant, and a
writer/editor of numerous articles, newsletters, corporate
publications, and books. He has 20 years of experience in marketing
communications, and was a founding partner and former owner of Maccabee
Group Inc., a Twin Cities public relations firm. He has assisted
numerous organizations—including corporations, small
businesses, government agencies and nonprofits—to develop
publications, outline creative approaches, build public relations
strategies, and articulate values and benefits.
Steve
is active in the nonprofit community as chair of the board of Hope
Community Inc., a community development corporation in Minneapolis
dedicated to principles of individual empowerment and engagement.
